Soft WHEAT flour; water; PROVOLA CHEESE 16,03% (MILK, salt, rennet, milk enzymes); cooked ham 9,35% (pork meat, salt, dextrose, sucrose, flavourings, natural aromas and spices, antioxidant: E300, E301, preservative: E250); sunflower seeds oil; lard; beer yeast; salt; grate CHEESE (MILK, salt, rennet, milk enzymes); technological adjuvants: semi-processed activator for bread and yeast products (soft WHEAT flour, emulsifiers: mono and diglycerides of fatty acids, SOY lecithin, dextrose, malty WHEAT flour, alpha-amylase, flour treatment agent: ascorbic acid); pre-gelatinised maize starch; pepper.
Product fried in sunflower seeds oil.

How to make it
Oven: defrost the product for a few minutes, preheat the oven at about 170 °C and heat for about 8 minutes.Microwave: place 2 pieces in a suitable container to the microwave and cook for 1 minute at 600W.
Leave the whole rest for 1 minute before serving.
In frying pan: fry the bottom of a frying pan with oil and warm it slightly. Place 6 pieces still frozen, cover and cook for about 11 minutes on medium heat with low flame, often turning the whole.
